"Called Monday Morning with a stopped up toilet and was told they would make every effort to get someone to me latter that day. About 5:30 we got a call from the service tech that he could come that evening or wait until tomorrow morning, since this was in our master bedroom it would be extremally helpful if it could be done that day, the tech said OK and would be their shortly. Shortly afterwards the tech - Plumber arrived, he interduced himself and we showed him where the problem, he had brought in tool and equipment thought that he would needed, with-in minutes our toilet was flushing again. The plumber Antwan and his helper not only corrected the problem quickly they assured that there was no mess left behind, he explained what was done and what the charge was, their quick response and the way they handled the call has earned Rooter Express LLC a new customer"
